Profile
As a fine arts student at Rosemont College, Caitlin Nowicki learned firsthand the value of critique as she worked to master the techniques of drawing and increase her personal sense of creativity. Although it was difficult at times, she listened to criticism from her instructors and classmates and used it to build her technique and artistic abilities.
Over time, Caitlin Nowicki broadened her background in fine arts and pursued coursework that taught her other valuable methods of self-expression. Her studies in photojournalism gave her additional insights into the power of imagery and an understanding of the way that a carefully crafted picture can inspire a whole generation.
Caitlin Nowicki eventually changed her major to communications and graduated from Rosemont with a Bachelor’s degree in 2007. During her senior year, Caitlin Nowicki worked as a marketing intern in circulation for the New York Post, where she developed a prospective addition to the Post’s website aimed at the vital 18- to 24-year-old demographic.
Most recently, Caitlin Nowicki worked as an Assistant and Research Analyst at GroupM/Mindshare, where she conducted market research and ran statistical analyses of current and potential clients. She also studied customer and market trends using standard industry research tools, which were based on population demographics such as region and income level. She presented those findings to GroupM/Mindshare management in monthly reports. In this position, Caitlin Nowicki also held responsibility for creating, planning, and conducting monthly training sessions to familiarize staff members with in-house and third-party research tools.
