| Eran Rubinstein focuses mainly on securities class action suits, working with international institutional investor clientele, such as national governments, fund managers, insurance companies, pension funds, and banks located throughout Asia, Africa, and Europe. Eran Rubinstein has consummate experience in securities class action suits, having previously worked on such noted cases as the AOL Time Warner Merger Litigation, the Initial Public Offering Securities Litigation, and the Relafen Class Action Litigation. Eran Rubinstein has worked at several leading law firms. Mr. Rubinstein earned his B.A. in International Relations from the California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, CA and his Juris Doctorate from the Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, DE. At Widener, Eran Rubinstein was an exceptional student who appeared on the Dean’s Honor List. In addition to his academics, Eran Rubinstein also competed in the ABA Negotiation Competition, placing 4th in the Regional Finals in 1998 and acting as a coach in subsequent years.
