Lanette relies on her significant experience at Sephora.fr, the leading selective e-retailer of fragrance and cosmetics from LVMH Group, where she mainly assumed responsibility for the online product strategy including Fragrance, Skincare and Make-up divisions, considering the retailer’s multichannel strategy and e-CRM programs. Lanette contributed to promotion program definition and e-Merchandizing enhancement. Lanette holds a Specialized Master in Marketing Management from ESSEC Business School Paris, and is fluent in English and French.
Lanette has held marketing executive positions in several companies including Renault and Barnes Group, where she has successfully implemented the European e-Commerce strategy.
