| Mark Biersmith’s career in business spans more than two decades, and includes Partner Level Private Equity Experience and President and CEO level success with a multitude of firms. Mark Biersmith holds an MBA and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Texas. Biersmith also has SEC and NASD reporting experience and has taken two companies public through IPOs. A driven executive, Mark Biersmith has closed 58 acquisitions, divestitures and swaps and secured over $3 billion in financings. Biersmith is an organizational expert and has turned several firms around by reorganizing labor and increasing sales and profit margins. His successes and business acumen have led to his current position as President of RoadMasters Transportation Company. Prior to his promotion to President, Mr. Mark Biersmith was the Chief Operating Officer of a related entity and was placed in charge of the company’s largest division, RoadMasters, while keeping his responsibilities of COO. Biersmith’s achievements as President of RoadMasters Transportation Company include restructuring the company’s operations to lower expenses, increasing the company’s clientele, designing successful strategies to increase revenue and improving the company’s market share. Prior to his current role at RoadMasters Transportation Company and its related holding company, Mark Biersmith was the president and chief executive officer at a national general contractor company. Mark Biersmith helped save the company from bankruptcy, increased profits, and increased the company’s productivity by about 40 percent. Mark Biersmith has demonstrated his business know-how and his efforts have not gone unnoticed by those around him. Biersmith was nominated for financial executive of the year and was once appointed as the technical editor and writer by the Institute for Management Accountants. After hurricanes Katrina and Rita, Biersmith oversaw the creation of a new corporate division that was tasked with raising capital to execute relief efforts. An agile business maneuver, the result also benefited victims of the storms. Mr. Mark Biersmith laid the foundation for his business success when he earned his Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Mathematics, and Statistics from Marquette University, and his MBA from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
