| A talented and highly knowledgeable business leader, William Martinoli is a respected veteran of the construction industry. Considerably experienced in executive level management, the construction companies with whom William Martinoli has worked are marked by their ability to finish projects on time and under budget. Most recently, William Martinoli held the title of Vice President for a successful Kansas City, Missouri construction firm. In his VP capacity, William Martinoli held extensive responsibilities concerning the success of the company’s projects. Besides directly overseeing the work of the core project managers and superintendents, Martinoli was responsible for providing clients with accurate estimates of budgets and ensuring they were achieved. Thanks to William Martinoli’s intelligent management, the firm successfully completed several important projects, including the Kansas City Street Light Project and the Blue River Relocation. Before working in the Kansas City area, William Martinoli was president of a construction firm in the Pacific Northwest. Working primarily in the Seattle area, William Martinoli demonstrated consistent success in implementing numerous important and high-profile initiatives for the city. One such initiative William Martinoli was responsible for managing was the Elliot Bay Marina, which was finished both on time and under budget. Additionally, Martinoli spearheaded the completion of one the largest housing and urban development projects in the Seattle area. Outside of work, William Martinoli enjoys reading, sailing, fishing, and watching sports, particularly football, baseball, and wrestling. He is a college graduate with a BA in Liberal Arts.
